What's New in MPX | February 2026

February’s MPX update is one of our most impactful releases in recent months. Version vC3.26.3.1 delivers a landmark update for organisational self-service, expanded integration capabilities and a host of warehouse workflow improvements.

We've focused on putting more control in your hands, making everyday tasks faster and laying the groundwork for powerful new accounting integrations.

Here’s a summary of what’s new:

  1. Full self-service entity management

  2. Sales Orders and Credit Notes APIs

  3. Accounting platform integration foundation

  4. Warehouse and fulfilment improvements

  5. Data import overhaul

  6. Richer Refurbed dispatch data

  7. Platform reliability improvements

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in MPX and how it benefits your business.

🏢 Full self-service entity configuration

We've introduced a brand-new Entity Management interface that lets you manage your business entities entirely within the platform. Previously, entity details such as company information, addresses and branding were locked away in configuration files that required developer involvement to change.

Now, everything is accessible through an intuitive, tabbed management window. You can create and manage multiple entities, each with its own:

  • Company details, contact information and VAT registration

  • Billing and delivery addresses

  • Branded logos and document watermarks

  • Per-currency invoice footers for multi-currency operations

  • Default entity selection for new transactions

Existing entity configurations are automatically migrated to the new system, so there's nothing to set up. Just open System > Manage Entities and you're in control.

☁️ New integration APIs

We've launched a new Sales Orders API that gives fulfilment partners direct programmatic access to sales order data. Partners can query orders scoped to their assigned facilities, with powerful filtering by status, date range, sales platform and more. Each response includes full line item details, making it straightforward to build automated fulfilment workflows.

Alongside the Sales Orders API, we've added a Credit Notes API that allows external systems to search and retrieve credit notes with their associated line items. This supports filtering by reference, payment status and date range, giving integration partners a complete view of credit activity.

We've also built the foundation for native accounting platform integration. This new capability supports secure, authenticated connections to external accounting systems with automatic credential management. While the first integrations are being finalised, this investment positions the platform for seamless accounting data synchronisation in future releases.

🏬 Warehouse and fulfilment improvements

Six practical updates to the picking and packing workflow, stock management and day-to-day navigation inside your warehouse management software.

Scan Button for Picking and Packing

The asset-scanning inputs on the picking and packing screens now include a visible scan button alongside the existing keyboard input. This is particularly helpful for team members who don't have a physical barcode scanner to hand, giving them a clear, clickable action to trigger scans without needing to know keyboard shortcuts.

Smarter Location Selection

We've replaced manual entry of destination locations during picking and packing with intelligent, search-as-you-type selection. Your team can now quickly find and select the correct stock location without needing to remember exact reference codes, reducing errors and speeding up the process.

Self-Service Stock Statuses

Stock statuses are now fully manageable through the Inventory Dashboard. You can view all system statuses, create custom statuses tailored to your workflows and manage them without any configuration file changes. System statuses are protected from accidental modification, while custom statuses give you the flexibility to match your unique processes.

Contextual Help System

We've introduced a new contextual help system that places helpful guidance exactly where you need it. You'll start to see small help indicators appearing on column headers and form fields throughout the platform, each linking to clear, concise explanations of what the data means and how it's used. This speeds up onboarding new team members and reduces the need for separate training documentation.

Enhanced Picking Request Search

Picking requests can now be filtered by status directly from the quick search bar, making it faster to find requests in a specific state.

One-Click Invoice Viewing

You can now view an invoice PDF directly from the sales order list without navigating to the invoices section. The action appears automatically whenever an invoice exists for the order, saving clicks and keeping you in your workflow.

📤 Data import updates

Bringing data into the platform is now faster and more reliable.

What’s new:

  • The Costs Journal now supports spreadsheet imports via CSV or Excel, with automatic row-by-row validation and clear feedback before any records are created.

  • The import engine has been fully overhauled, with all 20+ import definitions updated to a cleaner, more maintainable structure.

🔗 Marketplace integration: Refurbed dispatch updates

For businesses selling on Refurbed, dispatch updates are now more informative.

What’s new:

● Dispatch updates sent to Refurbed now include device identifiers IMEI or serial number, alongside tracking information.

⚡ Platform reliability

A series of targeted improvements to stability, performance and security across the business operating software.

What’s new:

  • Faster style and script updates: Component changes are detected more reliably, so you always see the latest version.

  • Improved data exports: Inventory manifest exports now produce perfectly formatted spreadsheets every time.

  • Smarter data retention: The integration inbox now includes automatic housekeeping with configurable retention periods, keeping your system clean and performant.

  • Enhanced API response tracking: Integration responses are stored alongside requests for easier diagnostics.

  • Strengthened security protocols: Additional protection measures across several areas of the platform.

  • Container-ready scheduling: The task scheduling engine is optimised for containerised hosting environments, ensuring scheduled jobs run reliably across all deployment types.

Looking ahead

This release represents a significant step forward in self-service capabilities, giving you direct control over entity configuration, stock statuses and more.

The new integration APIs open up powerful automation opportunities for fulfilment partners, and the accounting platform foundation lays the groundwork for exciting features in upcoming releases.
