What’s New in MPX in April?
April’s MPX update delivers a major step forward in courier and shipping management, alongside expanded marketplace connectivity and improved financial visibility across sales orders.
This release focuses on giving your team more control, reducing manual effort and making key workflows faster and easier to manage within your business operating software.
Here’s a summary of what’s new:
Self-service courier configuration
Marketplace shipping label support
Reebelo marketplace integration
Sales order financial visibility improvements
Inventory and warehouse enhancements
Platform-wide experience and security upgrades
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in MPX and how it benefits your business.
🚚 Courier and Shipping Management
Self-Service Courier Configuration
Managing courier connections just got significantly easier. A new management interface lets your team browse available couriers, authenticate accounts, configure label settings, and manage service codes, all without raising a support request. The courier setup that previously required manual configuration is now fully self-service from within MPX.
Marketplace Shipping Label Support
MPX now supports pulling prepaid shipping labels directly from marketplace platforms. When a marketplace provides its own shipping label, it's automatically stored against the shipment record so your warehouse team can access it at the point of dispatch. This removes the need to switch between systems or manually download labels from marketplace portals.
Streamlined Courier Navigation
Courier management has been moved to a more intuitive location in the main navigation menu, making it easier for teams who work with shipping daily to access.
🔗 Marketplace Integration
Reebelo Marketplace
We've added a full direct integration with Reebelo, one of the fastest-growing refurbished device marketplaces. The integration covers automatic order import, inventory synchronisation and fulfilment tracking, following the same proven architecture as our existing marketplace connectors. Orders flow in, stock levels stay current and tracking information pushes back to Reebelo automatically.
💼 Sales and Accounts
Sales Order Financials Tab
A new Financials tab on sales orders gives your team a complete financial picture in one place. All related invoices, credit notes and payments are displayed in chronological order, so there's no need to cross-reference between different areas of the platform. The sales order list view now also shows credit note status at a glance, with colour-coded indicators, making it easy to spot unsettled or partially settled refunds.
Trade Account Filtering
The Trade Account field has been relabelled to "Trade Account (B2B / Wholesale)" for clarity and is now visible directly in the Accounts list view. A new quick filter lets your team instantly segment trade and non-trade accounts, making B2B account management faster and more intuitive.
📦 Inventory and Warehouse
Expanded Product Specifications
Product records now support additional specification fields, including storage type, processor speed and graphics processor. A new Legacy ID field on stock items provides a reference point for organisations migrating from other systems, making the transition smoother.
Smarter Picking for Direct Sales
Reserved assets can now be suggested and picked for direct sales orders, removing the need to manually change stock statuses before fulfilment. This streamlines the workflow for teams managing reserved or pre-allocated inventory.
Product Origin Tracking
A new field tracks how each product was created, whether manually, via import, through device inspection or during goods-in processing. This gives your team visibility into the origin of product data across your catalogue.
Facility-Scoped Stock for Channel Integrations
Stock levels pushed to connected sales channels are now calculated per facility, ensuring your marketplace listings reflect accurate availability based on the specific warehouses assigned to each store. Stores without facility assignments are flagged with a clear warning, so nothing slips through unnoticed.
⚙️ Platform Quality and Experience
Refreshed What's New Experience
The What's New window has been redesigned to present release notes as polished, downloadable documents. Each update is now available as a professionally formatted summary you can share with your wider team.
Consistent Form Experience
We've continued our platform-wide modernisation programme, migrating over 20 form interfaces to our standardised form framework. This delivers a more consistent, polished experience across courier rate cards, exchange rates, fulfilment facilities, returns, repairs, service arrangements, call logs, compliance documents, report builder, recruitment, curated tables, stock statuses, weight presets and more.
Strengthened Security and Stability
We've reinforced our security posture with enhanced data protection protocols across the platform. We've also improved system responsiveness through infrastructure optimisations and tightened data retention policies to keep the platform lean and efficient.
Looking ahead
This release represents a step change in how MPX handles courier and shipping workflows, placing control firmly in your operations team's hands. Combined with the new Reebelo marketplace and enhanced sales order visibility, this release is designed to help you move faster and operate with greater clarity.
More marketplace and fulfilment enhancements are already on the way.
