Introducing our Newest Member of the MPX Team
We’re pleased to announce the latest addition to the team, Jake Whalley.
Jake joins us after being an MPX customer for the past two years, so he already knows the platform inside and out and understands how businesses rely on it to run their operations.
From MPX customer to team member
Jake has been settling in quickly and joins us in a hybrid customer support and development role. His hands-on knowledge of both the industry and the MPX platform means he’ll be providing first-line support to customers while also contributing to the continued development of the MPX business operating system.
That combination is important. The person helping you resolve a challenge today could also be involved in building an even better solution tomorrow.
Industry experience that matters
Before joining MPX, Jake worked for a well-established retailer of refurbished consumer electronics, where he became the go-to problem solver for operational challenges.
During his time there, he built practical software solutions and productivity tools designed to improve workflows across:
Inventory management
Customer support operations
Returns management
Marketplace integrations
He also worked closely with customers, operators and 3PL partners across Europe, giving him first-hand insight into the day-to-day challenges businesses face when managing complex operations.
That experience brings a valuable perspective to the MPX platform and helps ensure the solutions we build continue to solve real operational problems.
Supporting both MPX and Refurbr
Jake will be working across both the MPX and Refurbr brands, bringing experience from multiple sectors directly into the platform.
This cross-platform experience helps strengthen the MPX ecosystem, allowing us to continue developing business operating software that supports modern commerce, operational efficiency and scalable growth.
